I'll be joining Dr. Shiveley Smith to talk about my new book God's Ghostwriters: Enslaved Christians and the Making of the Bible. It's free, open to the public, and I will be  signing books while I am there.

I'll be joining ancient historians, archaeologists, and philologists to discuss  disability, prosthetics, and enslavement in antiquity. 

I'll be giving three talks here in various sections of the Society of Biblical Literature Annual Meeting.

I will be  delivering a lecture in the Killeen Chair series "Visions of Apocalypse." The title of my Lecture is  "Eugenics and Torture at the End of Days: Resurrection, Restoration, and Revenge"
